An excellent outdoor sauna
Located on a cape, this 99-square-metre villa accommodates six persons comfortably. The villa includes three separate bedrooms for two, one of them downstairs. The downstairs area of the villa is accessible for persons with reduced mobility.
In addition to an indoor sauna, Niemelä also includes an atmospheric outdoor sauna. The yard is even and flat, which makes it child-friendly.

As all of our villas, Niemelä is in a private location on the shore of Lake Saimaa. The private beach, wood-heated saunas, and rowing boat are at your disposal without any extra fees during your holiday.
You can bring your own bedlinen and towels or rent them from us for 13 € / person. You can clean the cottage when you leave or pay the cleaning fee 120 €.
